Our hotel adapts its operation taking into account the new health safety measures and the health protocol Health First.

The purpose of the unit is to protect customers, staff, associates and the local community from the health hazard of COVID19 The unit’s strategic goal is to install action to prevention plans in order to address this health risk.

This is achieved through:

• The establishment of an action plan for prevention and treatment. The plans are communicated to the staff and are constantly updated according to the instructions of the health authorities.

• The frequent checkup of all our staff .

• Regular disinfection of all common areas of the unit according to the special disinfection program against coronavirus.

• The modification of the Check In program after 15:00 and Check Out before 11:00 as well as the modification of the cleaning program of the rooms which will be done every third day and after consultation with the visitor.

• All your personal belongings must be in your suitcases for the cleaning of your suite.

• Breakfast is served in a box by a catering company and it is a continental style breakfast.

• Designated signage at all public areas, notifying guests of keeping social distance.

• Prohibiting Entry to Non-Residents.

• Restricting the exchange of documents and objects between staff and customers.

• The redesign of premises and procedures of our establishment in order to comply with the instructions of the health protocol and the instructions of the Greek CDC.

• Modifying the unit’s water management plan in accordance with the guidelines and recommendations of the legislation.

• Use your credit card for payments on our island

• Use the sanitizers before you enter reception or your suite

• Keep distances

• Your suite will be cleaned every third day, you are kindly asked to leave the suite for at least 4 hours so we will have enough time to clean and sanitize the suite. For more frequent cleaning you can contact Aliki

• Put the dirty towels in the bag you will find in the bathroom, close the bag tightly and then ask us for new towels (from 9:00am until 13:00)

• Breakfast will be served in a box , packed for your safety

• Try to keep the window of your suite open for fresh air
